Position: Remote Service Dispatcher

💰 Salary Range: R10,000 to R15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skill level)

📅 Contract Type: Ongoing rolling contract with a 30-day notice period following a 1-month paid trial

As a Remote Dispatcher, you’re the heartbeat of the service desk—responsible for coordinating ticket flow, managing technician schedules, and ensuring service levels are met. You’ll work closely with U.S.-based MSPs to prioritize support requests, maintain clear communication, and keep the help desk running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor incoming support tickets and calls in real-time

- Prioritize, assign, and dispatch tickets to the appropriate technicians

- Track ticket progress and follow up to ensure timely resolution

- Schedule appointments, on-site visits, or escalations as needed

- Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide status updates

- Maintain accurate records and ensure ticket notes and documentation are complete

- Assist with resource management and shift coverage planning

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in a coordination, dispatch, or service desk role (MSP experience is a strong plus)

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent written and verbal English communication

- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ConnectWise, Autotask, etc.) is a bonus

- A calm, clear, and professional communication style under pressure

- Ability to work independently and manage time zones and team priorities

- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
